5B Acres Sale Policy

By purchasing a goat from us, you agree to the following terms:

All sales are final. We strive to maintain a healthy herd and only guarantee the health of an animal while on our farm. The herd is tested annually for CAE, CL, Johnes, and Q Fever. Once the animal leaves our property we are no longer responsible for what may happen to the animal.

All kids will be disbudded and ear tattooed prior to leaving. Does receive a CDT booster 4 weeks before delivery. Kids still on the farm at 6 weeks of age will receive a CDT vaccine and Toltrazuril for coccidia prevention.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale at anytime for any reason. In homes were there are no goats we will only sale two or more goats, as they require companionship.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a kid. The remaining balance is due before the kid(s) leave the property. Once deposit is placed animals must be picked up within 2 weeks.
